Ibrahim Oladimeji Olasupo Team Welcome Announcement – Carrillion Construction Corporate Graphic Design

The Brief:
Carrillion Construction required a professional employee onboarding graphic to announce and welcome Ibrahim Oladimeji Olasupo to the team as a Builder. The objective was to design an engaging corporate social media graphic to announce new talent, incorporating executive welcome messaging (“We are delighted to welcome you on board…”), company social media handles, website URL, and official brand colors.

The Solution:
An SEO-friendly onboarding graphic engineered for maximum professional impact and brand consistency across corporate channels. The composition features a centered studio portrait of Ibrahim framed by asymmetric red geometric accents against a subtle patterned white backdrop. Vertical display typography (“WELCOME To our team”) adds dynamic structure along the left margin, while the lower red banner houses clear, legible body copy alongside official company social handles and web links.
