Carrillion Construction required a sleek, premium promotional flyer design to showcase 4 exclusive units of 5-bedroom fully detached luxury homes in Ikoyi. The goal was to create an elegant visual layout under the headline “Luxury Living at Its Finest in Ikoyi,” focusing heavily on architectural sophistication, multi-angle property perspectives, and brand positioning to attract elite real estate buyers and investors.

The Solution:
promotional asset crafted to highlight architectural excellence and drive buyer inquiries. The design features a large, crisp primary render at the base, topped with a floating three-card visual gallery that displays supplementary exterior angles against a soft sky backdrop. Clean typography establishes strong visual hierarchy at the top, while a distinct red contact capsule at the bottom provides immediate lead capture channels across phone, email, social media, and web touchpoints.
